Informative report on processing of personal data (Article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016) for the website http://www.dbdcomponents.it owned by D.B.D. S.R.L.

This report, concerning the privacy policies of personal data by D.B.D. S.R.L., the company that owns and manages the dbdcomponents.it domain, intends to describe accurately the management on processing of personal data of the Users of the portal.

Usage data: these are the information automatically collected by this Application (or by third-party applications used by this Application), including: IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the User that connects to this application, the addresses in the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​notation, the time of the request, the method used to send the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code that indicates the status of the response from the server (success, error, etc. ) the country of origin, the characteristics of the browser and the operating system used by the visitor, the various temporal connotations of the visit (for example the time spent on each page) and the details of the itinerary followed within the application, with particular reference to the sequence of pages consulted, to the parameters related to the operating system and to the user's information environment.
User: the individual who uses this application, which must coincide with the interested party or must be authorized by him and whose personal data are being processed.
Treatment: any operation or set of operations performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use , communication by transmission, propagation or any other form of provision, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction.
Data controller (or controller): the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body that, individually or together, determines the purposes and methods of processing personal data; if the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union or Member State legislation, the controller or the specific criteria applicable to his designation may be established by Union or Member State legislation.
Data processor: natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the controller;
This Application or Platform: the hardware or software tool through which the personal data of the Users are collected.
Responsible for data protection (also Data Protection Officer - DPO): mandatory figure in some cases provided for in Art. 37 of Regulation. It carries out consultancy, monitoring, coordination and management of relations with the Supervisory Body regarding the processing of personal data.

  1. THE "CONTROLLER"

  3. PURPOSE AND LICENSE OF DATA PROCESSING
  4. The personal data provided by the Users accessing this site, and possibly using the "CONTACTS" service, will voluntarily provide the following information:
    • CONTACTS”: service provided to Users interested in receiving information about the services provided by the Data Controller, concerning the protection of personal data. The personal data required to access this service are exclusively the following: Name, Surname, Address, City, Province, E-Mail, Telephone, Fax of the user itself. The Data Controller has determined the purposes of the treatment identifying them in the performance of the activities of the owner. In particular, navigation data are processed exclusively:
      • for the operative management of navigation
      • for the processing of statistical data on accesses and consultation;
      • for the management of personal data security.
      On the other hand, personal data voluntarily given by the User are processed for the following purposes, in addition to those indicated below:
      • processing of anonymous and aggregate statistics;
      • protection or defense of rights in court;
      • fulfillment of obligations under current laws or regulations, including accounting and tax matters;
      • fulfillment of the specific purposes for which such data have been provided by the User (e.g. provision of a service, reply to specific queries sent by contact form, requests for assistance, etc.);
      • management of the User´s registration and / or access to any reserved areas available on the site;
      • sending newsletters to the User, prior agreement;
      • User's participation in initiatives, in compliance with the rules governing these activities or any regulations published on the site..
      In order to pursue the processing purposes described above, the site http://dbdcomponents.it/ uses the following services, listed for treatment purposes.
      Hosting and backend infrastructure. This type of service has the function of hosting data and files that allow http://dbdcomponents.it/ to function, allow distribution and provide a ready-to-use infrastructure to deliver specific features of this application. Some of these services work through geographically dispersed servers in different locations, making it difficult to determine the exact location where Personal Data is stored. In the case that a service of this type is installed, it is possible that, even if the Users do not use the service, the same collects traffic data relating to the pages in which it is installed.
      • Google Maps widget (Google Inc.). . Google Maps is a map visualization service managed by Google Inc. that allows the site to integrate such content within its pages. In such cases, the User must be aware that any Personal Data may be processed even by third parties who own these social networks according to their privacy policy and without any possibility for the Owner to exercise any type of control or influence on such subsequent processing methods. The User is invited to read and accept the privacy policies of these third parties available for consultation at the links in the section dedicated to each of these services.

  5. LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
  6. The interested party, using the "CONTACTS" service, expresses his consent to the processing of his personal data for the purposes described above in art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of Regulation (EU) 679/2016.

  7. LEGITIMATE INTERESTS DETECTED BY THE HOLDER OF THE PROCESSING
  8. At the same time, the Data Controller, for direct marketing purposes, pursues its own legitimate interests pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1 letter f) of Regulation (EU) 679/2016.

  9. COMMUNICATION AND RECEIVERS OF PERSONAL DATA
  10. The communication will take place only and exclusively to employees and direct collaborators of the Data Controller for the sole purpose of performing the service requested by the User, unless the communication is imposed by law.
    The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on the website implies, by its very nature, the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
    We invite our Users, in requests for services or in queries, not to send names or other personal data of third parties that are not strictly necessary or data defined as "sensitive and/or particular" as per articles. 9 and 10 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 within the limits and for the purposes specified in this statement.

  11. METHODS AND MEANS OF PROCESSING
  12. Personal data are processed with automated tools, for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
    Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access in compliance with the obligations to adapt to adequate security measures. Actually, all data will be acquired and stored in compliance with articles 32, 33 and following of EU Regulation 679/2016.
    The Data Controller is not responsible for errors, contents, cookies, publications of immoral illicit content, advertising, banners or files that do not comply with the regulations in force by sites not managed by the same.

  13. TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY

  17. DURATION OF PROCESSING
  18. The personal data acquired, also by means of the "CONTACTS" service, will be kept for the duration necessary for the execution of the activities requested by the User and in any case for a period not exceeding 5 years from the insertion.
    The storage time may be prolonged and involve the acquisition of further data afterwards, in the event that the User himself requests further services; in this case the duration of the treatment, for administrative, accounting, tax and contractual purposes may be extended up to 10 years from the termination of the relationship, as required by current regulations (Article 2220 of the Civil Code, Article 22 of the Presidential Decree Republic dated 29/09/1973 No. 600 and Article 2200 of the Civil Code).
    The technical navigation cookies (described below) will be kept only to allow the correct technical functioning of the site and will expire automatically when the browser is closed.

  19. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED BY NAVIGATION
  20. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
    These are information that are not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

    These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.

The subjects to whom the personal data refer also have the right to request cancellation, transmission of data to other owners, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment. The interested parties also have the right to propose a reminder to the supervisory authority (Privacy Authority).

    1. In case of collecting data directly from the data subject, the data controller shall provide the data subject with the following information, at the moment when the personal data are obtained:
    a) the identity and contact details of the data controller and, where applicable, of its representative;
    b) contact details of the data protection officer, where applicable;
    c) the purposes of the processing for which the personal data are intended as well as the legal basis of the processing;
    d) if the treatment is based on Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f), the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller or by third parties;
    e) any recipients or any categories of recipients of personal data;
    f) where applicable, the intention of the controller to transfer personal data to a third country or to an international organization and the existence or absence of an adequacy decision by the Commission or, in case of transfers referred to in Article 46 or 47, or the second paragraph of Article 49, the reference to appropriate safeguards and the means of obtaining a copy of such data or the place where it was made available.
    2. In addition to the information referred to in paragraph 1, when the personal data are obtained, the controller shall provide the data subject with the following additional information necessary to ensure correct and transparent processing:
    a) the retention period of personal data or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine this period;
    b) the existence of the right of the data subject to request the data controller to access personal data and to correct or delete them or limit their processing or to oppose their treatment, in addition to the right to portability some data;
    c) oppose their treatment, in addition to the right to portability some data;
    d) the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority;
    e) if the communication of personal data is a legal or contractual obligation or a necessary requirement for the conclusion of a contract, and if the data subject is obliged to provide personal data as well as the possible consequences of non-disclosure of such data;
    f) the existence of an automated decision-making process, including the profiling referred to in Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4 and, at least in such cases, significant information on the logic used, and the importance and the expected consequences of such processing for the interested party.
    3. If the data controller intends to further process the personal data for a different purpose than that for which they were collected, before such further processing provides the data subject with information on this different purpose and any additional relevant information referred to in paragraph 2.
    4. Paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 shall not apply if and as far as the data subject already has information.
